Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge/Security to be the first point of contact for guests, residents, or clients. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service by providing accurate information, handling requests efficiently, and creating a welcoming and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, residents, or clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide assistance with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Respond promptly to emails and messages, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Handle reservations, appointments, and scheduling requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest/resident needs.
• Monitor access to the building or premises and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Receive and log mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Keep updated records of visitor logs, maintenance requests, and concierge services.
• Assist with transportation bookings, restaurant reservations, event tickets, and local recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Flexible schedule and availability for weekends or holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Law Enforcement Experience
• CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge of local attractions, services, and community amenities.
