Advanced Rejuvenation Aesthetics Clinic is looking for a dedicated Virtual Asset Compliance Officer to join our Compliance/Risk Management team. This part-time, remote position is based in Beachwood and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and fitness industry while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and best practices.

As a Virtual Asset Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements related to our virtual asset operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify potential risks, implement compliance programs, and ensure that our clinic maintains the highest standards of integrity and safety. This position provides the chance to make a significant impact on our organization's compliance efforts and overall success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $108,000 annually, along with flexible working conditions and opportunities for professional development in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws regarding virtual assets
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance
• Prepare and present compliance reports to management
• Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting virtual assets
• Assist in developing strategies to mitigate compliance risks

Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or risk management
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to virtual assets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in compliance management software and tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Compliance Training & Internal Support

• Provide training to staff on AML/CFT, fraud, virtual asset risks, and regulatory updates.
• Consult with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure new features comply with global standards.

Required

• 1–3+ years of compliance experience, preferably in virtual assets, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with blockchain analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
