Your Role

As a Sales Representative / Estimator, you will be the face of Malone Painting, responsible for driving revenue, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll:

  • Drive $1.5M in Sales: Convert leads into signed contracts by identifying customer pain points, tailoring proposals, and consistently meeting targets.
  • Perform On-Site Estimates: Assess project needs, take precise measurements, and create competitive, customized proposals.
  • Deliver Tailored Proposals: Showcase Malone Painting’s value and address customer needs with compelling, solution-focused presentations.
  • Generate and Close Leads: Expand your pipeline through networking and outreach, while converting company-provided leads into sales.
  • Proactively Follow Up: Build relationships, close deals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure Smooth Handoffs: Coordinate with the production team to align project details and deliver on customer expectations.
  • Track and Report Progress: Update CRM with lead activity, sales metrics, and performance data for clear visibility and accountability.
