📍 Tax Manager | Wakefield, MA (Hybrid) | $115K - $145k + Bonus

A well-established public accounting firm just north of Boston is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. This is an opportunity to lead diverse client engagements from start to finish and become a true advisor — not just a number cruncher .

What you’ll do:

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for a diverse client base
• Deliver innovative tax planning solutions and ensure compliance with current regulations
• Build strong client relationships and serve as their go-to tax expert
• Supervise, train, and mentor senior and staff-level team members
• Work directly with partners and take ownership of engagements from planning through delivery
• Contribute to internal technical training and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA required, MST preferred
