As a Showing Agent, you will work directly with experienced producers and team leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to buyers, showings, and client communication. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+. This is a clear pathway for ambitious agents who want to grow within a structured, results-driven culture and eventually step into a full Buyer’s Agent position. Added Value • Consistent stream of buyer opportunities from the team • Direct mentorship and coaching from top producers • Organized systems and tools that keep you productive • Full marketing and administrative support • Real-time experience with motivated buyers • Clear pathway to grow into a Buyer’s Agent position Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow-up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
