About The Opportunity   

Netrix Global, award-winning provider of cybersecurity and end-to-end IT services, is seeking a  Marketing Event Manager  with a proven track record and is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events across the United States that promote our company's brand and services. This role will be a critical member of the Netrix marketing team and will work directly with sales, subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure a positive ROI for all tradeshows, sponsorships, and hosted events. This role is end to end, requiring organizational and planning skills as well as the ability to travel and manage each event onsite.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a member of our growing team, many of the  Marketing Event Manager duties include, but are not limited to the following:  

  • Event Strategy: Developing and implementing event marketing strategies to meet business objectives and positive ROI. 
  • Event Planning: Coordinating all aspects of event planning, including logistics, venue selection, and scheduling. 
  • Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. 
  • Budget Management: Creating and managing event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. 
  • Marketing and Promotion: Designing marketing campaigns and promotional materials to generate interest and attendance across the various marketing channels. 
  • On-Site Management: Overseeing event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and lead objectives are met. 
  • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluating event success and gathering feedback to improve future events. 
  • Post-Event Strategy : Ensure leads from each event are nurtured effectively and work with sales to convert interested attendees to follow up meetings 

What You Will Bring To The Table   

  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is required. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously with a proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting and driving results in a dynamic and fast paced environment. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. 
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to create engaging and memorable events that meet its designated goals. 
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make data-driven decisions that improve performance and ROI. 
  • Leadership Skills: Leading and motivating a team of sellers and subject matter experts to ensure successful event execution. 
  • Marketing Strategy: Awareness and understanding of marketing channels beyond events with an emphasis on how they can contribute to driving a strong sales pipeline. This includes how events can play a role in our broader integrated marketing strategy. 
  • Travel is required up to 40%
