Job Title: Lead AV & Automation Installer
Location: Twin Cities (MN)
Compensation: $30–$50/hour (Based on Experience)
Benefits: 2 Weeks of Vacation Accrued Annually
Summary:
We are seeking a Lead AV & Automation Installer responsible for the installation, configuration, and delivery of advanced automation systems in both residential and commercial environments. This role requires expertise in device programming, cable and power management, and ensuring the functionality of A/V and smart automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general electrical and construction principles and must be able to perform work in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) , Uniform Building Code (UBC) , and any other applicable local codes and standards.
