As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a driven  Junior SDR/BDR  to join our team. Job Summary:

  • As a  Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR),  you will be the front line of our sales efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Your role is to engage prospects, educate them on the value of our Managed IT and cybersecurity services, and set up meetings for our senior sales team.
  • This role is perfect for someone with a  hunter mentality —driven, competitive, and eager to learn. We are seeking a proactive individual who wants to grow in sales, develop industry expertise, and eventually step into a key leadership or equity-based role.

Responsibilities

✅  Prospecting & Lead Generation

· Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.

· Research and qualify prospects to ensure a good fit for our IT services.

· Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.

· Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

✅  Outreach & Appointment Setting

· Educate prospects on the benefits of Managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.

· Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with the sales team.

· Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate interest.

✅  Sales & CRM Management

· Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM (Zoho or equivalent).

· Track progress and refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics.

· Work closely with leadership team to transition qualified leads.

✅  Continuous Learning & Growth

· Stay updated on IT trends, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices.

· Develop and refine sales skills through training.

· Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
