Rize Home is seeking a motivated candidate to fill our Independent Contractor Sales Representative opening. Are you looking to continue an exciting sales career? This role will have the opportunity to engage with customers sharing our products' benefits at a retail level. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, showcasing the benefits of our products at the retail level. It is a 100% commission-based position, ideally suited for candidates with previous experience in the bedding industry.

As an Independent Contractor Sales Rep, Here's What You'll Do:

• Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
• Demonstrate our product features and benefits to customers based on their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through on-going communication and relationship management.
• Assist with creating territory sales forecasts.
• Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals.
• Maintain reporting of sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues as needed.
• Travel up to 75% within a designated two-state territory.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Previous bedding industry sales experience or previous retail store sales associate experience.
• A proven track record of setting and achieving goals. Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside in Arizona
