Role Overview:
We're seeking a Grant Writer to help identify and apply for local, state, federal, and private grants geared toward small businesses, startups, and workforce development. The ideal candidate is proactive, can source viable grant opportunities, and can write compelling proposals that get funded.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify grant opportunities relevant to Wulf Talent's mission and growth stage
Write, edit, and submit persuasive grant proposals
Track deadlines, submission status, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with the founder to align applications with business strategy
Help develop and maintain a calendar of grant opportunities

Requirements:
Proven experience writing and winning grants for small businesses or startups
Strong research and writing skills
Understanding of workforce development, economic development, or minority-owned business funding is a plus
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
