Job Description

Belcan is seeking a Fluids System Engineer for our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of complex projects within the commercial engines Fluids team organization. Your primary focus will be on making sure to capture Customer requirements for all technical aspects of the projects and managing implementation (schedule and resources if needed), ensuring adherence to industry standards and Customer procedures. You will report to the Senior Technical Leader (STL) and proactively monitoring to fulfill KPIs and support company"s quality policy for deliverables, work closely with STL and other colleagues as well as Customer"s engineering team, have in consideration other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within the allocated budget and timeframe. Job Duties:

• Develop engineered solutions to solve aircraft engines fluids systems problems.
• Thoroughly assess fluids systems problems encountered during development, production, and testing.
• Determine the optimal solution for non-conformances and provide guidance and communication to stakeholders, ensuring

process standards are followed, report all relevant/important information to STL and higher management. · Provide technical leadership and oversight, taking responsibility to thoroughly understand technical options and program trade-offs and support junior team members. · Use effective verbal and written communications, technical drawings, and physical demonstration as needed to work with multi-disciplinary teams. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering preferred) or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).

• Proven experience in complex technical projects, Customer oriented and management
• Customer's suppliers, preferably in the aerospace industry for more than 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace technologies, systems, and processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, present in technical forums and manage project

stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards applicable to the aerospace industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Desired Tool Experience: Excel, PM Tools, MS Project, Smartsheets
• Bilingual: Spanish / English

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• GE, Safran or other Aerospace industry relevant experience
• The role may require travel, valid US VISA is preferred
