Job Summary
We’re hiring a Concrete Coatings Installer to join our installation crew. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, being part of a team, and taking pride in creating quality finished floors.
No experience required — we provide full paid on-the-job training!
Responsibilities-
-Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and other tools
-Apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and flake flooring systems
-Work efficiently with time-sensitive materials
-Communicate with homeowners and team members about project progress
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
-Lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical work daily
-Travel between job sites (typically within 1 hour of Parker, CO)
Requirements-
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Punctual, professional, and dependable attitude
Preferred (but not required)-
-Experience using hand grinders or similar tools
-Customer service or home improvement background
