The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will work closely with our event coordinators and clients to ensure the smooth running of events from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events
  • Manage event logistics and timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare event materials and documentation, including schedules and guest lists
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking event expenses
  • Communicate with clients to gather event details and requirements
