Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team! As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive business decisions. You will collaborate with different departments, create insightful reports, and develop strategies that enhance performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
* Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to support business strategies.
* Work closely with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
* Use SQL, Python, or R to query and manipulate data efficiently.
* Conduct A/B testing and predictive analysis to optimize business decisions.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 1-3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R (preferred but not required).
* Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
