The Creative Coordinator Position

The Creative Coordinator embraces clients as partners in the process of developing and implementing creative work across multiple platforms, using their input and their brand’s strategy at every stage of the process to inform and inspire ideas, and guide and validate the resulting integrated, strategic brand initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level Creative Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about branding, holistic design, and marketing. The Creative Coordinator will support office operations, manage the studio’s social media and marketing presence, and ensure all projects are documented and showcased effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

+ Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

+ Handle scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day operational tasks.

+ Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Social Media and Marketing Management:

+ Develop and execute a social media calendar for platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn.

+ Draft and schedule posts that align with the firm’s voice and branding.

+ Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.

Project Documentation:

+ Coordinate photography of completed projects, working with photographers and the design team.

+ Organize and curate content for project case studies.

+ Collaborate with the team to develop compelling narratives and visuals that highlight the studio’s work.

Client Support:

+ Assist the Account Leader with client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and drafting recaps.

+ Support workflow management to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Design, Business, or a related field.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar platforms).

+ A light design background is a plus but not required.
