As a Senior Claims Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting field operations, managing job files, and ensuring accurate estimates and invoices for insurance companies and customers.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain job files and manage job information in systems to support the management team
• Provide accurate estimates and invoices using estimating software
• Follow job processing guidelines as defined by insurance companies and corporate procedures
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and home office
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School degree or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge in water damage and fire restoration, mold remediation, and restoration cleaning techniques a plus
• Superior customer service skills and ability to document losses
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
