Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer (AI Reliability Platform)

Compensation: $150,000 $325,000 base salary + competitive equity

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Engineer to help build an AI reliability platform that ensures AI applications are safe, robust, and production-ready. In this role, you will own the development of interfaces and workflows that empower customers to leverage cutting-edge AI research and deploy trustworthy AI applications across diverse industries.
This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the hardest and most important problems in AI, directly influencing how frontier labs and enterprises test, verify, and deploy next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of new features and functionality for the AI reliability platform.
Design reusable frontend components and visualizations to convey complex concepts intuitively.
Collaborate with the research team to translate advanced AI evaluation into industry-leading tooling.
Partner directly with customers to understand challenges and design user-friendly workflows.
Guide users on AI evaluation methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience building user-facing products (senior to tech lead level, full-stack with frontend orientation).
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React .
Proficient in Python, Go, or Rust .
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases ( Postgres, MongoDB, Redis ).
Strong track record of product ownership and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Passion for creating intuitive, well-designed user experiences.
Preferred Experience
Background in early-stage startups or highly reputable engineering organizations.
Prior involvement in product design or product management .
Experience building LLM-based applications (e.g., chatbots, agentic workflows).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes .
Strong GitHub portfolio showcasing impactful projects.
