Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, customer-focused environment, helping clients with a variety of insurance products. No prior insurance experience needed — we provide training and career development.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with health, life, auto, and personal insurance inquiries, including those for expatriates.
• Manage policy renewals, cancellations, and service requests via email and phone.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction with cultural sensitivity.
• Support documentation, account management, and general administrative tasks.
• Work in a hybrid setup (remote work options could be considered based on the candidate’s needs).

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Native-Level Fluency in Japanese (both written and verbal).
• Entry-level experience in customer service, administrative roles, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize client records accurately.
• A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn about the insurance industry.
• Long-term commitment and interest in career growth.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license in the future (training provided).
