This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the BD organization in the future. Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within BD's medical segment, aligning with BD's smart connected care approach. As we continue to invest in major programs and strategic initiatives, we are looking for a talented and passionate marketer for our APM team. **The role will cover territories across the U.S. The ideal candidate should reside near major airports.** The Associate Sales Representatives will manage relationships with a defined list of large APM customers, aiming to grow the APM share of our core business. They will identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within their portfolio. **What you'll need (Required):** + Bachelor's Degree AND 1 year of related outside or B2B sales experience + Ability to travel up to 80% **What else we look for (Preferred):** + Experience selling B2B or Clinical Sales + Serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned customer base while acquiring understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business + Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while contributing to development of short-term region plan + Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons and other influencers in assigned region to push BD positioning in the market influencing less complex buying decisions using tact and diplomacy Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $102,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
