Workday Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions in a fast-paced financial environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday, HR processes, and MuleSoft integrations, as well as the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to drive system efficiencies and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Workday solutions to optimize HR, Finance, and business operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and drive system improvements.
  • Lead integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft and other middleware technologies.
  • Ensure Workday configurations align with industry best practices, compliance standards, and security protocols.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to design scalable solutions that support business growth.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, drive enhancements, and oversee Workday updates and releases.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Workday Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, and integrations.
  • HR Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS implementations in a financial setting.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms for Workday data flow and automation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Financial Domain Knowledge: Experience working in the financial industry or supporting HR/Finance teams in a regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, or Architecture.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and advanced reporting.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management in financial institutions.
  • Previous experience leading Workday implementations or migrations.
