- Communicate with travel suppliers, vendors, and clients to confirm and update information.
- Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.
- Maintain data security and confidentiality in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or travel management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or data entry is a plus but not required.
