• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving travel-related issues.
• Accurately input and manage travel-related data, including itineraries and pricing.
• Communicate with travel suppliers, vendors, and clients to confirm and update information.
• Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or travel management software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the travel industry or data entry is a plus but not required.
