flexibility of a mix between remote and in-office work. We’ve found that a blend of
both works well for creativity and focus.
What’s the schedule like?
• This is a full-time role, but we believe in flexibility. As long as you’re meeting
deadlines and staying connected with the team, you can flex your hours to fit your
workflow.
How many projects will I be working on each week?
• That depends a bit on your editing speed and style, but ideally you’ll complete about
4–6 projects per week. Quality matters most, and we’re happy to work with you to find
the right pace.
Will I get to be creative?
• Yes—but within a framework. We love creative minds, and there’s definitely room for
artistic expression! At the same time, it's essential that your work aligns with our
company’s brand style and honors each client’s unique preferences. Think of it as
creative storytelling with thoughtful boundaries.
What kind of content will I be editing?
• Mostly heartwarming family highlight reels and custom coffee table photo books. We
turn milestone moments and everyday memories into timeless keepsakes, so
attention to detail and emotional storytelling are key.
