We are searching for a Valet here at our restaurant, Pardos. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by managing their vehicles and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Assisting guests with parking their vehicles, including handling keys and managing vehicle locations.
• Safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring that all cars are treated with care. - Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
• Communicating effectively with guests about parking procedures and estimated wait times. - Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and services to answer any guest inquiries.
• Monitoring the vehicle flow and adjusting parking strategies as necessary.
• Providing guests with assistance as needed, including helping with luggage or special requests

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions if applicable.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist guests with their belongings.
• Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate busy restaurant hours.
