Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer with CRM Dynamics experience to join a modernization initiative for public-facing digital platforms. This role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and elevate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX solutions, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and responsive designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, researchers, developers) to deliver lean, impactful designs on tight deadlines.
• Analyze user feedback, research insights, and quantitative/qualitative data to drive design decisions.
• Champion design thinking principles and advocate for user-centric practices across projects.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure alignment with established design systems and component-based frameworks.
• Manage project timelines and workflows in coordination with IT and product teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in web/product design , with a portfolio demonstrating CRM Dynamics integration.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision , or similar tools.
• Strong skills in wireframing, visual design, and prototyping for responsive platforms.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize data and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects from concept to delivery in Agile environments.

Preferred:

• Background in financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
