Job Description

Job Summary:

Dashing Diva is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to enhance our digital presence and deliver exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will focus on crafting intuitive user journeys, designing engaging UX/UI for our eCommerce website, and implementing web personalization strategies. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external web agencies to ensure our digital platforms align with business goals and provide a seamless, personalized customer experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize seamless user journeys, focusing on usability and engagement, maintaining intuitive UX/UI designs for our Dashing Diva website.
  • Conduct research and user testing to inform design decisions and identify pain points.
  • Develop and oversee the Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy, focusing on web, mobile push, email, and SMS channels.
  • Develop content strategies for paid media campaigns across platforms, managing relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Create visually appealing ads that drive conversions and align with campaign objectives.
  • Implement strategies for personalized web experiences that resonate with diverse customer segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in UX/UI design, especially in eCommerce or digital product environments.
  • Experience with CDP tools, web personalization, and agency collaboration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and user feedback.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
