*Role is 4 days onsite/1 remote in Charlotte, NC.

Are you passionate about AI and RPA? Do you thrive on optimizing business processes and enhancing decision-making? We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Analyst with expertise in AI-driven automation and agentic AI approaches to join our dynamic team in Charlotte.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

• Discover and articulate intelligent automation opportunities to business leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize business processes.
• Implement AI-driven automation with agentic AI capabilities for adaptive decision-making.
• Build and deploy AI agents to handle complex tasks and adapt to changing conditions.
• Analyze data to uncover patterns and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on advancements in agentic AI and RPA to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath) and workflow automation.
• Expertise in intelligent automation, autonomous agents, and self-learning AI models.
• Familiarity with process mining, BPA, and AI-driven decision support systems.
• Strong communication skills to engage with executives and business process owners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in RPA tools (UiPath Advanced Developer, Blue Prism Developer, etc.).
• Experience with generative AI models (GPT, LLMs) for adaptive automation.
• Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using AI and OCR tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
