NON-CDL 1-TON TRUCK DRIVER with TOWING EXPERIENCE WANTED

Non-CDL 1-Ton Truck Driver with towing experience needed for a six month cross-country site seeing excursion traveling through the United States and Canada. Looking for a hard working crew member with light mechanic skills that is needed to help transport and maintain a private/non-commercial fleet of vehicles as well as other daily tasks. Starting as soon as possible (not after April 1 st ) and ending mid-October.

This seasonal 1099 position has the potential for a transition to a Full-time local employment opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio, with full benefits. There is an additional open opportunity for a 2026 cross-country Alaska excursion.

Also, we are seeking an additional Semi-Truck Driver with Mechanic Experience, team up with someone you know! *See below/attached or inquire about this addional position.

Position Requirements:

● Valid Drivers Licnece (Non-CDL acceptable)

● Light mechanical experience

● Occasional heavy lifting – up to 100 lbs.

● Non-smoker

● Can physically handle rugged and various weather environments

● Valid passport for crossing international boarders (we can provide assistance if needed)

● Consent to a backgound check

● Pet Friendly – have worked around cats/dogs in the past

Job description:

● Operate a new custom 2024 Ford F-450 towing a trailer.

● Maintain a private fleet of vehicles needs/supplies while on the road consisting of the following:

○ Fleet includes: motorcoach, toterhomes, vehicles, etc.

○ Loading and unloading vehicles from trailers (including load securment)

○ Washing/detailing vehicles interior and exterior

○ Laundry/Dishes

○ Refreshing fleet water supply, including dumping of gray/black water

○ Monitoring all fluid levels

○ Organization and general labor

○ Supply and grocery restocking

● Private Event Setup/Dismantle

Additional Attributes:

● Good communication skills

● Team player

● Positive Attitude

● Sense of urgency

● Commercial driving experience is a plus

● Current or past CDL licence is a plus

Compensation would be:

● $500/day while out of town; or possibly more for the right person with the right skill set

● Paid weekly via ACH as a 1099 contractor

● Lodging provided as driver will sleep/live in a new 2024 toterhome with another staff member

○ You would have your own bunk and personal storage space

○ Shared bathroom with other staff member

● First and last flight/transportation to be reimbursed (for non-local individuals)

● Daily per diem for food and beverage
