Job Description

AERONES , a Global Leader in advanced  Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics,  is seeking a  Travel Coordinator  to Join Our Team to coordinate our Domestic and International Travel needs. Are you ready to Join a groundbreaking Company revolutionizing wind turbine maintenance with innovative robotics technology? AERONES is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to support our global operations and ensure seamless travel arrangements for our Technicians. As a Travel Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our Team mobile and efficient.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Plan and manage business trips effectively , keeping within budget constraints while organizing Travel, Transportation, and Accommodation including:

  • Ensure the Safety of our employees while they Travel by following internal Safety guidelines
  • Handle Visa and Work Permit applications , including preparing necessary documentation
  • Search for, book, and review flights and other transportation options , including making changes as needed
  • Maintain travel records and ensure financial accountability

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills and resilience under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in organizing Travel and booking Accommodations
  • Basic knowledge of Visa and Work Permit procedures considered advantageous
