About the team:

Our team consists of skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work in cloud migration, DevOps, FinOps, datacenter migrations, AD migration and Infrastructure security across multi-cloud. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling L1 tickets in the queue for all our managed services clients.  
• Develop strong cloud knowledge to support client environment with understanding of networking and compute and storage within Azure IaaS.  
• Monitoring and optimizing cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. 
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure and services. 
• Conducting performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud-based applications. 
• Participating in the evaluation and selection of cloud technologies and services. 
• Documenting processes, procedures, and configurations related to cloud infrastructure. 
• Tier-1 support and troubleshooting of faults, alarms. 
• Daily, weekly, monthly report generation. 
• Azure Certification or Training is a must 
• Monitor Cloud Services platforms for availability and uptime

We are looking for an Apprentice with:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Relevant certifications in Azure are a plus. 
• Excellent Communications & Problem solving skills.  
• Must have skills: MS Azure/AWS/GCP,  MS365, Windows
