Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities - Oversee assigned sales reps.
- Conduct trainings and coaching.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends.
- Provide customer service and maintain relationships with customers.
Desired Skills & Qualifications - 6+ years of sales management experience.
- Construction industry sales experience is a plus
- CRM experience
Salary Information - $110k-$130k + bonuses and incentives
