In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct market analyses, and help clients find their perfect homes. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience. Hardworking! ~ Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day! ~ Participate in team activities per team standards We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us! ~ Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do. ~ Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments. Qualifications You are energized by working with people, hungry for success, and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a desire to grow both personally & professionally. You want to give back to your community & make an impact.
