About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Recruiter who excels in a fast-moving, high-growth setting. This role goes beyond just filling roles—it’s about assembling top-tier teams that will drive our company’s future success. You’ll focus on attracting and hiring outstanding technical talent across disciplines like Software Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and beyond.

This is a high-responsibility position, ideal for someone with a startup attitude—ready to dive in, work passionately, and help establish scalable recruitment processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic, forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.).
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing through to offer negotiation—while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of both passive and active candidates.
  • Work cross-functionally to design and enhance recruiting processes and candidate journeys.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, continuously refining strategies for better results.
  • Oversee and optimize relationships with external recruitment agencies when needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and contemporary technologies (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps).
  • Proven success in sourcing and securing passive candidates in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, enthusiastic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Passion for developing processes and scaling recruiting operations from scratch.
