THE JOB DESCRIPTION
Breakpoint Booking is seeking gritty, ambitious, and adventurous individuals who may want to join its talent agency in the music department. This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires organization, passion, and dependable folks who are self-motivated, and self-starters. If you cannot manage a day-to-day calendar or be on time this job is not for you!
This position offers a unique opportunity for those seeking an accelerated path to becoming a talent agent in the music industry.
From the outset, agents will have the ability to earn substantial income while working with our growing boutique agency, which represents both emerging and established artists. You will be provided with the tools and support necessary for success, including a small starter roster of clients, a company email address and Google Workspace account, access to our CMS and contracting software, agency Rolodex, and our assistant program. Additionally, you will have the chance to build your own network of buyers and develop your own roster.
Our talent agents participate in a free, sixteen-week proprietary training program that covers the intricacies of our booking process, industry terminology, contracting, invoicing, rolling calls, and all other aspects of the agency business. Training takes place in the fall.

Must be able to handle a day-to-day calendar!

BREAKPOINT BOOKING is a boutique talent agency representing developing, “breaking,” and established clients in music, comedy, speaking, public appearance, branding, and NIL. Breakpoint is an artist-first agency, an extension of ‘the team’ working directly with clients and/or their representation to grow their live business. The company partners with its clients to provide independent entertainment business education as it pertains to touring & booking, marketing, and talent buying.
Breakpoint Booking officially launched as a music agency in 2018. Past and present clients include; Janet Jackson, Keke Palmer, Tank & The Bangas, Lost Dog Street Band, Harry Mack, Bilal, Slum Village, Iskra Lawrence, Ben Bailey, Asher Roth, Toni Romiti, and Goapele, to name a few. Breakpoint's comedy division launched in 2022 with acts with various credits from Saturday Night Live alum to CONAN and Comedy Central appearances. The company's Speaking & Branding division launched in 2023 servicing clients such as tech and spacial audio expert Adrian Rashad Driscoll and bestselling author Trish Ahjel Roberts.
