One way we can do that is through carefully curated, high-quality branded merchandise, or “swag.” We’re eager to welcome in skilled volunteers with significant knowledge and experience in the area of producing free and purchasable promotional products.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Swag Coordinator to manage our branded merchandise needs. The Swag Coordinator will oversee the entire swag process—from design and ordering to distribution and inventory management. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how our brand is represented across internal and external channels while working in a collaborative, innovative, and flexible environment.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with leaders across various departments. We ask all team members to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and to maintain high responsiveness through Slack, email, and conference calls. Additionally, we request a minimum commitment of 12 months to ensure continuity and meaningful contributions to our mission.
