Job Description

The selected Strategic Sourcing Specialist II candidate will join the Mechanical Assembly team in the Government Center of Excellence, supporting the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts for key Honeywell programs. Starting with proposals, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating long-term agreements with suppliers. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will help drive the completion of compliant FAR15 packages and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with program requirements. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS and applicable regulations. + Support negotiations (price, terms & conditions) + Manage key program suppliers. + Build supplier strategies to enable the best overall value to Honeywell COMPENSATION: + The Salary range for this position is $67K - $95K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
