Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support a local school district in Baltimore, MD across preschool, elementary, middle and high school students. We have multiple roles open, we offer referral bonuses, and are looking for people passionate about Speech Therapy. No former background in education or school settings is required, the school district will provide all the training necessary.

The SLPs will be responsible for:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide therapy to patients with various communication disorders
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports

Requirements :

  • Possession of a master’s degree in the field of Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Speech-Language Pathology License from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) required

Hours:

  • 7:30am - 4pm (dependent on the school assigned)
  • 33.50
  • Monday - Friday (no weekends)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract - Guaranteed hours during school year, renewing contract for 2025-2026 school year, 2026-2027 extending!

Pay: $38.00 - 60/hr depending on skill set, years of experience, and location.

Full time, PRN, Part Time schedules available!
