Patricia Munoz Behavioral And Research Center in Katy, TX is looking for one speech-language pathologist assistant (slp-a) – bilingual spanish/english to join our 42 person strong team. We are located on 23410 Grand Reserve Drive, Suite 701. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible Hours

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) to work under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience working with clients with language delays, including those who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Work with clients with language delays, tailoring interventions to their needs
• Support clients in using AAC devices to improve communication
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with clinic standards
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members

Qualifications

• Active SLP-A license in Texas
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience working with children with language delays
• Familiarity with AAC devices preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
