Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician in the chemical industry . This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing chemical dispensing equipment and systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Installation & Maintenance: Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical dispensing systems and related equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, replacing faulty components as necessary.
• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of chemical dispensing equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals.
• Inventory & Documentation: Maintain service records, complete work orders, and track inventory of parts and tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
• Travel: Travel to customer sites as needed, which may include overnight stays.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years in a service technician role, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills; ability to work with pumps, valves, and dispensing systems.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate degree is a plus).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various environments, and stand for extended periods.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
