This agency is working with a client in the insurance/financial space and will be building a new website for their services. This is a freelance position, fully remote, 40 hours a week through January. This person will need to be able to work on Central Standard Time. In order to be considered for this role, you must have a portfolio showcasing your UX research experience, case studies, etc. The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for: Reviewing existing research and background documents Expand existing user profiles and identify gaps and recommend research approach to fill them Establish high level journeys for each audience Present journeys and user profiles for client approval The Senior UX Researcher must have: 5+ years of experience and in depth knowledge of Interaction Design and Service Design applying user-centered design processes Experience establishing high level journeys and user profiles Experience with software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, JIRA, Microsoft office and Google suite Agile environment experience - Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
