Our client, a fast-growing, venture-backed construction tech startup is building transformative technology that’s modernizing the $15T global construction industry is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their collaborative and ambitious team. Their AI-powered platform is trusted by top manufacturers, distributors, and builders, and is redefining how product data is accessed and used across the supply chain.

As the Senior Product Designer, you would take the lead on end-to-end user-centered design for their B2B enterprise platform. You would be empowered to shape the design of their product as it touches thousands of users and participate from inception of features through research and market validation, early high-level design and concepting, through detail design for development–while connecting with the customer and meeting quarterly design goals. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role that gives you meaningful ownership and the chance to shape how complex, data-driven workflows are experienced across web and mobile.

This is a hybrid role in San Mateo / San Francisco or Toronto, though remote would also be considered for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design of end-to-end product features from concept through delivery
• Help establish and evolve a comprehensive design system across platforms
• Design AI-enhanced tools that simplify decision-making for professionals
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Conduct research, develop personas and user journeys, and guide usability testing

What they’re looking for:

• 7+ years of product or UX/UI design experience, ideally within B2B software
• Experience designing complex workflows across multiple user types and form factors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact
• Mastery of Figma and design systems
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: background in procurement, marketplace platforms, or construction tech
• Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks like React
