Job Description

Trueline's client, a fast-growing boutique trial firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly expanding firm tackling high-stakes litigation alongside a dedicated group of top legal talent.

*Must have e-filing, legal research, and cite-checking experience

**E-Discovery strongly preferred but not required. Can be trained

What You'll Do as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:

  • Oversee complex discovery processes, including e-discovery and third-party subpoenas, across multiple cases
  • Manage document collections and productions for litigation, including e-productions in Everlaw
  • Draft, file and serve legal pleadings in state/federal courts and arbitrations
  • Organize exhibits and supporting materials for depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trials
  • Manage Bluebooking for federal cases and state cases according to the California Style Manual
  • Provide trial/arbitration support including witness preparation and coordination with courts/vendors

You'll Succeed as the Senior Litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary if you Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience in state/federal trial courts
  • Excellent research, writing, communication and organizational skills
  • Expertise in litigation technology (Adobe Pro, MS Office, calendaring, Everlaw, e-filing, transcript software, e-discovery databases)
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • A sense of humor, collaborative spirit, intellectual curiosity and determination
  • Exceptional references
