Senior Content & Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Preference for candidate to work at Mosaic Diagnostics in Overland Park, KS (corporate office) however consideration may be given for remote candidates with exceptional experience.

Job Position Overview:

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Senior Content & Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of impactful content and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, creative storytelling, and digital expertise to position Mosaic Diagnostics as the trusted leader in the specialty diagnostics industry.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement a content strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives thought leadership, deepens engagement, and drives revenue growth. They will collaborate closely with key stakeholders—including sales, product, clinical, laboratory teams and our thought leaders —to create compelling content for practitioners, partners, distributors, and patients.

This role demands a dynamic and strategic leader who is steeped in experience or is a fast learner on the evolving functional medicine landscape and can bring innovative content strategies to digital platforms. The candidate should be adept at leveraging new tools to enhance educational experiences while strengthening our brand presence across social channels. This person over-indexes in the area of being curious with a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a rapid ‘test and learn’ environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Design and implement a content marketing strategy that supports business objectives and enhances brand authority.
  • Create and oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, white papers, videos, case studies, webinars, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, clinical, and sales) to translate technical concepts into compelling, accessible content for diverse audiences for collateral.
  • Ensure brand messaging, voice, and tone are consistent across all marketing assets.

Digital Marketing Leadership:

  • Bring the content strategy to life across all digital channels, including social media properties to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Oversee and enhance all digital channels, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Lead website content management, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices, offers a seamless user experience (UX), and supports lead generation.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social) and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
  • Leverage social media channels to elevate brand awareness and deepen KOL relationships.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot) to launch marketing campaigns, implement A/B testing, develop lead scoring models, and track funnel performance.
  • Bring innovative approaches to educational programming and flawless execution.

Analytics & Performance:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital and content marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and demonstrate marketing’s impact on business growth.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Partner with clinical and sales teams to develop content, tools and campaigns that nurture leads and support revenue goals.
  • Work closely with clinical and R&D teams to highlight Mosaic Diagnostics’ innovations and value propositions.
  • Provide guidance to fellow colleagues/ partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ability to develop strategic presentations, leveraging storytelling and present to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in content and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences industry.
  • Expertise in developing and executing content strategy across all channels with proven results.
  • Experience launching content strategy across digital channels with proven metrics.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in tools such as WordPress, Dx365/ HubSpot, GA and /or similar platforms.
  • Experience and proven results with paid media campaigns across social channels.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets, projects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
