Our exclusive DUI/Criminal law practice is seeking a contract attorney to assist us with representing a rapidly growing influx of new clients in Colorado state courts.
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated professional to handle new DUI/Criminal law cases from beginning to end. We pride ourselves on our communication with our clients, zealous advocacy and success in trial. Read our Google reviews. Minimum qualifications:
o Licensed to practice law in Colorado, and in good standing
o At least 3 years of Criminal Law experience in Colorado, prosecuting or defending state misdemeanor, felony, and DUI charges. Former prosecutors and State Public Defenders will receive priority review.
o We are looking for individuals with experience in all aspects of criminal law: case analysis, negotiations, proactive defense, drafting and arguing pretrial motions, jury trials, and presenting mitigation at sentencing.
o Attention to detail and excellent oral argument and writing skills.
o Hard-working, self-motivated, mature and thorough.
o Ability to handle and calendar a large case load.
o A passion for Criminal law defense.
o At least 5-10 first chair or solo jury trial experience.
We offer our clients excellent representation with an all-inclusive flat fee and a monthly payment plan.
You will be compensated with 33% of the collected fees on each case you handle.
