Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactive identification and prioritization of team process improvements.
  • Implement working tracking systems for product development (using JIRA or other tools).
  • Support teams and product owners build roadmaps and plan for product delivery.
  • Design and implement effective meeting and planning facilitation events.
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with development team members and product owners. Experience with conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate teams with planning work that feeds into larger level product and program deliverables.
  • Improve the effectiveness and maturity of development teams, and improving customer outcomes from our product development activities.

What You Bring

  • Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master role, assisting teams with process and product improvements. Higher level degree preferred.
  • Experience with Agile and program tracking tools (JIRA, Version One, Rally).
  • Experience working in a software development environment, and familiar with full Software Development Lifecycle.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Advanced experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple levels of an organization to resolve issues.
  • Extensive JIRA usage and configuration experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the full software development life cycle, product development, and release processes.
  • Experience mentoring other Scrum Masters, development team members, and Product Owners.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, create a vision, and make progress towards that vision by achieving measurable objectives.
  • Experience leading and facilitating scaled agile software development activities.
  • Professional Scrum Master II, Professional Scrum Product Owner II, or equivalent certifications.
