Ampersand Therapy is currently hiring a school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Columbia, SC. We know how important your work is, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. This in-school SLP position in Columbia, SC offers multiple openings to work closely with students, providing speech evaluations, language therapy, and targeted interventions. In this role, you’ll have the chance to:

• Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct speech and language evaluations to help students thrive
• Deliver meaningful speech therapy and language intervention
• Collaborate with dedicated school special education teams
• Play a vital role in supporting students’ communication and confidence

Qualifications we’re looking for:

• Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (or eligible and willing to apply)
• Teaching certification from the South Carolina State DOE (or eligible and willing to apply)

We are proud to be women and therapist founded and run. We began our own careers working in the districts and also as contractors.
