CTG is seeking to fill a **SAP Hana Fin Fica Consultant** opening for our premier client. **Duration** : 12 months **Description** This role is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FICA solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and be trusted business advice with deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Focuses on understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilizes business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations. **Primary goals include:** + Strategic Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. + Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy and / or solution development and solution implementation, leveraging knowledge of this area and working with the latest technologies. + Collaboration and Team Building: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals in order to build trust with clients and team members, with an emphasis on knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions. **Required skills** : FICA Lead Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $73 to $87 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
