Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and related Salesforce technologies . This role involves designing, implementing, and managing solutions for the Patient Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud including custom objects, fields, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
• Analyze requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Integrate external applications and systems using web services and APIs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Salesforce development, along with Health Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Must be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
• Proven track record of customer-facing roles and supporting call center operations.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a huge plus.
