Job Description

Isaac Morris Ltd., a leader in licensed apparel manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to manage and grow our Walmart business. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of Walmart’s systems, processes, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Walmart buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within Walmart’s licensed apparel category.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including product presentations, pricing negotiations, and order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of Walmart programs.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize revenue.
  • Stay up to date with Walmart’s compliance, reporting, and merchandising systems.
  • Travel as needed for Walmart meetings and market presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales/account management, specifically servicing Walmart.
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart’s retail systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the licensed apparel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Walmart’s retail platforms.
