About the Role:
We’re seeking a Sales Executive based in Vietnam to drive customer acquisition, deliver exceptional client support, and contribute to the company’s growth. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with new and existing customers, implement effective work plans to achieve KPIs, and stay updated on market trends. With extensive knowledge of our products and platforms, you’ll provide guidance, handle customer inquiries, and ensure seamless account management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and achieving team objectives.
Find new customers and maintain good customer service for old/assigned customers.
Prepare/propose monthly/weekly work plans, implement reasonable and effective plans to achieve KPIs.
Have a deep understanding of the market, customer needs and goals.
Have extensive knowledge of the company's products to be able to guide/advise/support customers.
Update and learn about trading platforms, policies, customer support procedures related to customer accounts: account creation, deposits, withdrawals.
Handle complaints (if any) and notify direct management for timely support/action.
Continuously update market trends through financial news channels, maintain good relationships with customers.
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments.
Any other ad-hoc tasks.
