Job Description

Position: RN (OR) Operating Room
Location: Kansas City, MO
Shifts/Schedule: Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• The OR RN will Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule
• Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff
• Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room
• Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement
• On-call is required during select non-business hours.

Qualifications Required:

• 1+ Years of Recent OR RN (Scrub/Circulating experience in the OR)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse Diploma, ASN or BSN – Required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate range: Min $34/hr. – Max $48/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Shift Diffs: $4/hr. Nights and Weekends
• Sign on Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation: Available case by case
